Hemant Kumar Gera, PS, Department of Personnel, Rajasthan, will also hold additional charge order of the post of Director General, Harish Chandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration (HCM RIPA) and ex-officio Additional Chief Secretary, Training, Rajasthan, Jaipur. He belongs to 1997 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre.
