Four IPS officers have been given new portfolios in J&K. Vinod Kumar has been posted as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Jammu, where Chandan Kohli was appointed Deputy Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat on deputation basis for four years and Joginder Singh is shifted as SSP, Udhampur. Besides, Swarn Singh Kotwal will take over as Director, Special Security Force, J&K.
