Four IAS officers have been transferred in UP. S V S Ranga Rao has been appointed as Member, (Judicial), Revenue Council, where Dinesh Kumar was posted as Special Secretary, Technical Education and Dharmendra Pratap Singh takes over as Special Secretary, Urban Development. Besides, Sunil Chaudhary was shifted as Special Secretary, Urban Development Ministry.
