Four IAS officers have been shifted in Bihar and given new postings. Arif Ahsan has been posted as Municipal Commissioner, Purnia and Kumar Gaurav takes charge as Municipal Commissioner, Darbhanga and Yogesh Kumar Sagar will take over as Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur. Besides, Mrs Abhilasha Sharma is now Municipal Commissioner, Gaya.
