Kaushal Raj Sharma has been designated as Commissioner, Varanasi Division with additional charge of DM, Varanasi, where Shambhu Kumar was made Managing Director, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd, Varanasi and Dr Rupesh Kumar was made Special Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh. Besides, Kumar Prashant has been appointed as Special Secretary, Agriculture Production Commissioner in Uttar Pradesh.
