Four IAS officers get new portfolios in Punjab

Four IAS officers have been given new portfolios in Punjab. Arvind Pal Singh Sandhu has been designated as Director, Social Security, Women & Child Development, while Devinder Singh was made Special Secretary, Revenue & Rehabilitation. Besides, Parveen Kumar Thind, Special Secretary, Labour & Labour Commissioner, Punjab has been given additional charge of posts of DG, Employment Generation & Training and Mission Director, Punjab Skill Development Mission and Mrs Amrita Kaur Gill, Director, and Special Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment & Minorities was given additional charges of Member Secretary, Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission and Member Secretary, Punjab State Backward Classes Commission.
