The tenure of foreign assignment of Nilaya Mitash as Principal Operations Coordination Specialist (Regional Cooperation) IS 6 with the Asian Development Bank, New Delhi, has been prolonged for a further period of two years. He is a 1991 batch IAS officer of Karnataka cadre.
