Seven officers of Indian Telecommunications Service (ITS) of 1989 batch: Kamal Bhagat, Anil Kumar Gupta, Alok Shukla, Ravindra K Choudhary, Sunil Kumar, Sanjeev Gupta and Radhacharan Shakya been empanelled for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent
in the Government of India.
