As many as eight IAS officers in UP have been given new assignments. Himanshu Kumar has been appointed as PS, Social Welfare, where K Ravindra Naik was designated PS, Administrative Reforms and Amod Kumar takes charge as PS, GAD. Likewise, Udai Bhanu
Tripathi will be posted as Additional Housing Commissioner; Nidhi Gupta Vats as Special Secretary, Excise; J Reebha as Additional Director SUDA and Vipin Kumar Jain will be shifted to Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
