Dr Dhiraj Kankaria has been designated new Secretary, Press Council of India (PCI). The post had been lying vacant for the last few weeks. Dr Kankaria, who belongs to Indian Information Service (IIS), was working as ADG, Press Information Bureau (PIB) HQ.
