Devesh Kumar, PS, Urban Development, Town & Country Planning, who is also holding additional charge of PS, Tourism & Civil Aviation and PS, Housing, will also hold charge of PS, Finance, Planning, Economics & Statistics and 20 Point Programme in Himachal Pradesh. He is a 1998 batch IAS officer of HP cadre.
