Chandraker Bharti has been designated as PS, Home Department in J&K. He is a 1996 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre. Besides, Suresh Kumar Gupta, PS, Culture Department, will also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, in addition to his own duties.
