Amit Saran, who is presently on central deputation to the Ministry of Mines as Director, has been selected for deputation to the post of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), Oil India Limited (OIL), Noida, under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
