2011 batch IAS officer Alok Ranjan Ghosh has been transferred as Director, Industries Department and given an additional charge of MD, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) and MD, Bihar State Seed Development Corporation. Besides, Pankaj Kumar Pal, Secretary, Rural Development, is relieved of the additional charge of MD, BIADA.
