Additional charges assigned to ICAS officers

The Ministry of Finance has assigned the duties of State Nodal Officer (SNO) and Assistant SNO (ASNO) for
the states/UTs to ICAS officers.

Bhupesh Nanda, CCA, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (I&B) has been assigned the additional charge
of Joint CGA, PFMS State Directorate Assam, Joint CGA, PFMS State Directorate Nagaland;
C Maheshwaran- CA, Ministry of Power was assigned the additional charge as Deputy CGA, PFMS State
Directorate Tamil Nadu;
Harish Kumar Srivastava, Joint CGA, Office of CGA, New Delhi was assigned the charge as Joint CGA, PFMS
State Directorate Puducherry;
Padamsingh Pradipsing Patil, ACGA, Office of CGA, New Delhi, was assigned the additional charge of ACGA,
PFMS State Directorate Assam;
V Muthu Kumar, ACA, Office of CGA, New Delhi, will designate in the additional responsibility of ACA,
PFMS State Directorate Nagaland;
Ms S Priyanka, Deputy CA, Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism, New Delhi, received the additional charge of
ACGA, PFMS State Directorate Tamil Nadu and ACGA, PFMS State Directorate Puducherry.
