Abhinav Kumar, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) in Uttarakhand,who is a 1996 batch IPS officer has been assigned the additional charge of the Director General of Police (DGP), Uttarakhand. The incumbent DGP Ashok Kumar is retiring on Thursday.
