Airports Authority of India celebrated 75th Independence Day with patriotic fervor and zeal. On this august occasion, Shri Sanjeev Kumar, Chairman, AAI hoisted the National Flag at New Air Traffic Services Complex of AAI, IGI Airport, New Delhi, in the presence
of Board Members, CVO and senior officials of AAI. While addressing the gathering, the Chairman highlighted the sacrifices made by the
martyrs for the motherland and freedom movement leaders who struggled against the British to achieve independence of India so that coming generations could see the light of freedom. This program of ours is a tribute to their martyrdom and sacrifices. Besides, he also paid homage to AAI’s departed corona warriors who died while doing their duty.
