7 SP rank IPS officers get new portfolios in Kerala

Seven IPS officers in the grade of SP have been transferred in Kerala. Jaidev G has been designated as Commandant, Armed Police Battalion Headquarters, while Ilango R is now SP (Technical Intelligence), State Special Branch and Mrs Hemalatha was posted as District Police Chief, Kannur Rural. Similarly, Sabu Mathew will be posted as SP, Crime Branch, Ernakulam; Prasanthan Kani B K as Chief Vigilance Officer, Kerala State Electricity Board; K E Baiju as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Law & Order and Traffic, Kozhikode City and R Mahesh takes over as SP (Administration), State Special Branch.
