7 IPS officers in Karnataka assigned new portfolios

Seven IPS officers in Karnataka have been assigned new portfolios. Gajulavarti Sparjan Kumar, IG, South Zone, is given full additional charge of IG, Security, while Mrs Harshita Attaluri is shifted and posted as IGP, Headquarters and A Akbar will take over as IGP, Crimes II, Ernakulam. Similarly, S Syamsundar has been posted as IGP and Commissioner of Police, Kochi City; Narayanan T as District Police Chief, Wayanad; Padam Singh as AIGP (Policy) and Mrs Shilpa D was made AIGP (Procurement).
