6 IAS officers get new portfolios in Jharkhand

Six IAS officers have been transferred in Jharkhand. Avinash Kumar has been appointed PS, Energy Department, where Rahul Kumar Purwar is now Secretary, Higher and Technical Education and Kripanand Jha takes over as Secretary, Women, Child Development and Social Security. Similarly, Chandrashekhar will be posted as Secretary, Home, Prisons and Disaster Management; Mukesh Kumar, Tribal Welfare Commissioner, has been given additional charge of Vice President, Ranchi Regional Development Authority and Anjali Yadav, Director, Tourism, will also handle charge of Managing Director, Tourism.
