Five officers of 2017 batch from Odisha cadre have been accorded in Indian Administrative Service (IAS) with effect from August 2019. They are: Ashish Ishwar Patil, Divakara T S, Hema Kanta Say, P Avnesha Reddy and Somesh Kumar Upadhyay.
