5 IPS officers elevated as ADGP in Kerala, three get new postings

Five IPS officers of 1998 batch have been elevated to the ADGP rank in Kerala and three of them have been given new postings after promotion. Accordingly, Thummala Vikram has been appointed as ADGP, Cyber Operation with additional charge of IGP, State Crime Records Bureau, while Gopesh Agrawal takes charge as Director, Kerala Police Academy. Similarly, H Venkatesh is posted as ADGP, Armed Police Battalions and will also hold charge of IGP, Crime Branch EOW. Besides, Dinendera Kashyap and Ashok Yadav have been given promotions on a pro forma basis.
