40 IAS officers in UP to be elevated to Secretary rank

In Uttar Pradesh, 40 IAS officers of the 2009 batch will be elevated from Special Secretary to Secretary rank. Among them are 5 District Magistrates who are likely to be elevated to Commissioner rank.
