Three officers of State Civil Service of Meghalaya: David D Sangama, Batlang Samuel Sohliya and Wanrilin A M Booth have been elevated to IAS against the Select List of 2020 and awarded Joint Assam-Meghalaya Cadre (Meghalaya Segment).
