Priyatu Mandal has been appointed as Secretary to Governor, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, with additional charge of MD, HP Financial Corporation, Shimla, and Rakesh Kanwar, was posted as Special Secretary (Finance) and he will also hold the additional charge of the posts of Director, Himachal Pradesh State Audit Department, Shimla and State Project Director, Zero Budget Natural Farming in the Department of Agriculture, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. Besides, Rakesh Sharma will take charge as Registrar, Co-operative Societies.
