3 IAS officers get new portfolios in Mizoram

Three IAS officers in Mizoram have been handed over new portfolios. Syed Musawwir Ali has been posted as Special Secretary (Independent Charge), ICT Department, while Kulothungan A takes charge as Additional Secretary, Social Welfare/Vigilance Department and Amol Srivastava is now Additional Secretary, DM&R Department.
