Three IAS officers have been given new portfolios in J&K. Aijaz Ahmad Bhath has been posted as Director, Sericulture, J&K, while Baseer-ul-Haq Chaudhary takes over as Deputy Commissioner, Ramban and Harvinder Singh is transferred as Deputy Commissioner, Doda.
