Dharmendra Kumar has been designated as Additional Secretary, Urban Development and Housing, where Suharsh Bhagat takes over as Addl Executive Director, State Health Committee, Bihar. Besides, Mithilesh Mishra, Director, Mid Day Meal, Patna, will also handle charge of Director, Primary Education, Patna.
