Three IAS officers have been given new portfolios in W Bengal. Mrs Akanksha Bhaskar has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Asansol Durgapur Authority, while Mrs Sujata Ghosh takes over as Senior Special Secretary, Self-Help Group & Self-Employment Department and Dipankar Sinha will be posted as Director, Library Services.
