23 IPS officers shifted in Punjab

 As many as 23 IPS officers have been moved in Punjab. Accordingly, Vibhu Raj has been shifted as ADGP Investigation Lokpal, while L K Yadav was posted ADGP Crime and Punjab Bureau of Investigation, Chandigarh and Arun Pal Singh is now IGP, Internal Vigilance Cell Punjab and in addition Commissioner of Police, Amritsar. Similarly, Rakesh Aggarwal will be posted as IGP, Counter Intelligence, SAS Nagar; Jaskaran Singh as IGP, Ferozepur Range and IGP, PAP, Jalandhar; Pradeep Kumar Yadav as IGP, Technical Services and IGP, Faridkot Range; Inderbir Singh as DIG-cum-Joint Director, MRS PPA Phillaur and in addition DIG Administration PAP, Jalandhar and DIG PAP-2 & Training; Babu Lal Meena as DIG, Intelligence, Chandigarh; S Boopathi as DIG Provisioning, Chandigarh and DIG Jalandhar Range; Patil Ketan Baliram as AIG Training with AIG State Crime Record Bureau and AIG Technical Services; Akhil Chaudhary as AIG/Personnel-III, CPO, Chandigarh and in addition AIG, Public Grievances and AIG Law & Order-3; Nanak Singh as AIG Personnel-I, CPO, Chandigarh; Ajay Maluja as AIG STF, Bathinda; Gurdial Singh as Joint CP, Traffic & Operations, Ludhiana; Harmanbir Singh as AIG PAP-II, Jalandhar and in addition Commandant-cum-Deputy Director (Indoor), MRS PPA Phillaur; Dr Mehtab Singh as ADCP City-I, Amritsar; Vatsala Gupta as DCP Hqrs, Ludhiana; Suhail Qasim Mir as ADCP-2, Ludhiana; Pragya Jain as ADCP-2, Jalandhar and Shubham Aggarwal takes over as ADCP-III, Ludhiana.
