The officers are: Manoj Kumar Parida of AGMUT cadre; Ajay Prakash Sawhney of AP; Atul Prasad Sudhir Kumar, Sanjay Kumar Singh of Bihar; M N Gadhvi of Gujarat; Dr Madhaw Sharan Singh of Jharkhand; Rajeev Chawla of Karnataka; R Girija, Alexander A and Sajan C V of Kerala; Vandana Krishna, Debashish Chakrabarty and A L Jarhad of Maharashtra; Suresh Chandra Mahapatra and Gopabandhu Satpathy of Odisha; Sanjay Kumar, Bhupinder Pal Singh of Punjab; Mohammed Iftikharuddin, Abdul Samad and Avinash Kumar Sharma of Uttar Pradesh and Samir Kumar Bhattacharya and Anindya Narayan Biswas of West Bengal.
