As many as 21 IPS officers of various cadres and batches are superannuating in July, 2023. They are: Damodar Gautam Sawang and Mohd Ahsan Reza of Andhra Pradesh; Manoj Kumar Lal and John Neihlaia of AGMUT; Man Mohan Singh of Bihar; Sanjay Pillai of Chattisgarh; Laltendu Mohanti of Jammu And Kashmir; Tomin J Thachankary of Kerala; Pawan Kumar Jain, M K Jain, Sushovan Banerjee, Anita Malviya of Madhya Pradesh; U L Chhanwal, Swai Singh Godara, Himmat Abhilash Tak, Bhart Lak Meena of Rajasthan; Santosh Kumar Singh, Sarvesh Kumar Rana and Valendu Bhushan Singh of Uttar Pradesh and Sanjay Chander, Tanmay Ray Chaudhuri of West Bengal.
