Hirdyesh Mohan has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Public Enterprises and Industrial Reconstruction Department, West Bengal, where Manoj Kumar Agarwal was posted as ACS, Fire & Emergency Services Department. Both are 1990 batch IAS officers of W Bengal cadre.
