Two officers have been designated after returning from deputation in Bihar. Dilip Kumar, IRTS officer who was awaiting posting, has been given the portfolio of Special Secretary, Industries Department, while IRSS officer Sunny Sinha was appointed as Additional Secretary, Transport Department.
