The services of Umananda Doley, Secretary, Guwahati Development Department, and Anant Lal Gyani, Secretary, Agriculture Department, have been partially placed at the disposal of Border Protection & Development Department (BPDD), for appointing them as Prabhari Officer for Border Area Development Programme, in addition to their existing duty.
