S Suresh Kumar has been appointed as Additional Director General, Netaji Subhas Administrative Training Institute, Kolkata, where Santanu Basu, Secretary, Information & Cultural Affairs, will hold additional charge of Secretary, Power Department and Secretary, Non-Conventional and Renewable Energy Sources, in addition to his present duties.
