18 IPS officers get new portfolios in Odisha

As many as 18 IPS officers have been given new assignments in Odisha. Accordingly, A M Prasad has been appointed as Special DGP, HRPC, while Sudhanshu Sarangi was made DG FS and CG, HG & Director, CD and R K Sharma is shifted as Addl. DGP Hqrs. Similarly, Sanjay Kumar will be posted as Addl. DGP (LO) and Addl. DGP, Communication; Amitabh Thkaur as Transport Commissioner; Suresh Dev Datta Singh as ADGP Operations; Dayal gangwar as ADGP, Railways and Coastal Security; Rajesh Kumar as ADGP, Modernisation; Narsingha Bhol as Excise Commissioner; Ashish Singh as IGP, CR, Cuttack and IGP SFSL; Rajesh Pandit as DIGP FS and HG; Akhilesvar Singh as DIGP SIW; C S Meena as DIGP, SWR, Koraput; Mitrabhanu Mahapatra as SP, Rourkela; Battula Gangadhar as SP, Mayurbhanj; Mukesh Kumar Bhamoo as SP, Sambalpur; Kusalkar Nitin Dagdu as SP, Keonjhar and Khilari Rishikesh Dnyandeo will take over as SP, Bolangir.
