16 officers elevated as IAS in Uttarakhand

As many as 16 members of State Civil Service of Uttarakhand have been elevated as IAS against the Select List of 2014 to 2020 and allocated Uttarakhand cadre. The officers promoted against Select List of 2014 are: Yogendra Yadav, Uday Raj Singh, Dew Krishna Tiwari, Umesh Narain Pandey, Rajendra Kumar and Lalit Mohan Rayal. Kamrendra Singh was promoted against the Select List of 2015. Dr Anand Srivastava I and Harish Chadra Kandpal have been promoted against the Select List of 2016. Sanjay Kumar and Navneet Pande were promoted against the Select List of 2017 and 2018 respectively. Besides, Dr Meharban Singh Bisht was promoted against the Select List of 2019 and Alok Kumar Pandey, Banshidhar Tiwari, Ruchi Mohan Rayal and Jharna Kamthan had been promoted against the Select List of 2020.
