As many as 16 IPS officers of various batches and cadres are superannating in May, 2022. The names are: Rupinder Kumar and Brija Kishore Singh of UT; Ravinder Kumar of Bihar; T Ekka of Chhattisgarh; Ashish Bhatia of Gujarat; A Natarajan of Jharkhand; R K Tandon of Madhya Pradesh; K Venkatesham, S Jagannathan and H M Baijal of Maharashtra; E Priyokumar Singh of Manipur; Barjinder Kumar Uppal, Gurpreet Singh of Punjab; M Ravi of Tamil Nadu; Kamal Chakraborty of Tipura and Sashi Bhushan of West Bengal.
