The names are: Rinchin Tashi of UT cadre; B V R Subrahmanyam and A Kulbhushan Toppo of Chhattisgarh cadre; V K Advani of Gujarat; Hans Raj Chauhan of Himachal Pradesh; Chandra Shekhar Prasad of Jharkhand; Ashish Saxena of Madhya Pradesh; Jayashree Mukherjee of Maharashtra; L Alkato Sema of Nagaland; Ravi Shankar Srivastava of Rajasthan; Dayanand Kataria and Mahesan Kasirajan of Tamil Nadu; Syed Omar Jaleel of Telangana; Alok Tandon and Dimple Verma of Uttar Pradesh and Tashi Dhendup Sherpa of West Bengal cadre.
