14 IRSME officers elevated to JAG

As many as 14 officers of Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) have been elevated to Junior Administrative Grade (JAG). They are: Ramendra Pal Singh, Panchanan Behera, Nand Kishore Verma, G Mondal, Ashok Kumar, Brij Mohan, Luskar Boro, VC Majhi, Brajendra Singh Rawat, Debashis Pathak, Arvind Kumar Mishra, PK Pattanayak, GS Manna and Chaman Singh Chaudhary.
