14 IPS officers get new portfolios in UP

As many as 14 IPS officers in UP have been shifted and assigned new postings in UP. Therefore, Sudhir Kumar Singh was posted as SSP, Agra, while Anurag Arya has been appointed as SSP, Azamgarh and Dinesh Tripathi takes charge as SP, Unnao. Similarly, Ankur Aggarwal will be posted as SP, Chandauli; Brijesh Kumar Singh as SP, ATS Lucknow; Amit Kumar II as Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Gautam Buddha Nagar; Akash Tomar as SSP, Saharanpur; Jaiprakash Singh as SSP, Etawah; Anurag Vats as SP Barabanki; S Chinappa as SP, VIP Security Wing, UP; Avinash Pandey as Commandant, 38th Battalion PAC, Aligarh.; Muniraj as SP, Election Cell, DGP Headquarters and Dr Akhilesh Nigam has been posted as SP, Co-Operative Cell Branch, Uttar Pradesh.
