They are: A R Anuradha of AP; Nawal Kishore Singh of Bihar; R P Sai of Chhattisgarh; Dilbagh Singh of J&K; S V Mohite of Maharashtra; B Golianmang of Manipur; M K Chhabra of Odisha; Dharam Chand Jain of Rajasthan; Pravin Gurung of Sikkim; J B Pandit Rao and Brajesh Singh of Uttar Pradesh; V Vinay Kumar of Uttarakhand.
