12 IAS officers shifted in Haryana

As many as 12 IAS officers have been moved in Haryana. Pankaj Yadav has been designated as Director General and Secretary, Transport Department, where Phool Chand Meen was made MD, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. and Mandip Singh Brar will take charge as DG and Secretary, Industries & Commerce.
