As many as 12 IAS officers have been transferred and posted in Gujarat. Accordingly, AM Sharma has been designated as Collector, Porbandar, where D N Modi was made Director (ICDS), Commissionerate of Women & Child Development, Gandhinagar and Ms Gargi Jain will join as Deputy Secretary, Health & Family Welfare. Similarly, B K Pandya is posted as Collector, Dang-Ahwa; H K Koya as Collector, Sabarkantha-Himmatnagar; D S Gadhvi as District Development Officer, Surat; K L Bachani as District Development Officer, Kheda- Nadiad; D D Kapadiya as District Development Officer, Tapi-Vyara; K D Lakhani as District Development Officer, Mahisagar-Lunawada; P D Palsana as District Development Officer, Narmada-Rajpipla; AB Rathod as District Development Officer, Panchmahals-Godhra and Ravindra Dnyaneshwar Khatale has beem appointed as District Development Officer, Gir- Somnath.
