11 IPS officers transferred in UP

As many as 11 IPS officers have been transferred in UP and given new responsibilities. Ashok Mutha Jain has been posted as Commissioner of Police, Varanasi, while Alok Singh and A Satish Ganesh have been shifted as ADGP, Office of DGP, Lucknow and Mrs Laxmi Singh is now Commissioner of Police, Gautam Buddha Nagar. Similarly, Ajay Mishra has been designated as Commissioner of Police, Ghaziabad; Dr Preetinder Singh as Commissioner of Police, Agra; Ramit Sharma as Commissioner of Police, Prayagraj; Tarun Gaba as IGP, Lucknow Range; Dr Rakesh Singh as IGP, Bareilly Range; Chandra Prakash II as IGP, Prayagraj Range and Muniraj G was made SSP, Ayodhya.
