10 IPS officers given new portfolios in J&K

Ten IPS officers have been shifted and given new portfolios in J&K. Sandeep Choudhary has been designated as SSP, Cyber Crime Investigation Centre for Excellence (CICE), while Rakesh Balwal was posted as SSP, Srinagar and Javed Ahmed Koul is now SO to ADGP, Traffic J&K with additional charge of the posts of DIG, Traffic, Jammu and DIG, Traffic, Kashmir. Besides, Shridhar Patil, will be appointed as AIG (Tech) PHQ; Dr. Vinod Kumar as SSP, Udhampur; Sargun Shukla as SO to IGP Technical Services; Abhishek Mahajan as SP, Samba; Sheema Nabi Qasba as SP (Tech), CID Hqrs; Lakshya Sharma as SP South, Srinagar and Mohita Sharma will take charge as SP, Ramban.
